申請資格 Qualified Applicants 

授業料免除 Tuition Exemption

学部学生、大学院生で、経済的理由等により入学料の納付が困難であり、かつ、学業優秀であると認められる者。

Undergraduates or postgraduates recognized as having difficulty in paying tuition for economic reasons, and also recognized as having outstanding academic capabilities.

 

申請方法 Application procedures

授業料免除の申請を希望する場合、以下の手順に従って手続きを行ってください。

When you wish to apply for tuition exemption, submit the application form by following the instructions below. 

1. 申請日の予約 Appointment for application review

下記期間中に、証明書自動発行機(木花キャンパス:330記念交流会館内・清武キャンパス:医学部学生支援課内)にて授業料免除の申請日の予約を行ってください。期間中に予約を行っていない場合、申請は一切受付けませんのでご注意ください。

令和元年7月22日(月)~9月2日(月) 8301730(土日祝日除く)

All applicants are required to have an appointment for application review.

Please schedule an appointment on the Automatic Certificate Machine in the Student Affairs Department on Kibana campus or Kiyotake campus during the following period.

July 22 to September 2, 2019

Machines are available from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (Business days ONLY)

***It is highly recommended that the applicant book an appointment early while there are many slots open.

***Important Reminder***

  1. Each applicant can schedule ONE appointment only.
  2. Be sure to print out an appointment slip and bring it with you to your appointment.
  3. Appointment cannot be canceled or changed on the Automatic Certificate Machine. In case you need to change or cancel your appointment, please consult the Student Services Division immediately.
  4. If you are unable to schedule an appointment, please contact the Student Affairs Department during the scheduling period. We cannot provide any assistance after the scheduling period is over.

 

2. 申請(書類の提出・面談)Application reviews 

申請受付は、令和元年9月6日(金)~9月20日(金)に330記念交流会館コンベンションホールにて行います。自分が予約をした日時に申請書類一式と学生証を持参のうえ、申請を行ってください。

Application reviews will be carried out from September 6 to September 20, 2019 at 330 hall. Please bring your application documents (refer to Application documents to be submitted) with you at the time of your appointment.

***IMPORTANT***

・申請しても必ず免除(徴収猶予)になるとは限りません。

・免除予算は限られているため、予算が不足する場合には適格者で予算を広く分け合うことになります。よって、必ずしも希望する免除結果になるとは限りませんので、ご承知おきの上、申請してください。

・提出書類に虚偽の事項を記載、又は提出書類を偽造して入学料・授業料の免除の許可を受けたことが判明した場合には、許可が取消しとなり、免除分の全額を直ちに納付しなければなりません。

・後期授業料免除の結果は、12月上旬に掲示します。

・授業料免除は学期毎の申請が必要です。令和2年度前期分の免除を希望する場合は、該当の申請期間に改めて申請してください。授業料免除の選考は、前期と後期は別々に行いますので、家計状況に変更がない場合でも、前期と後期の免除結果が同じになるとは限りません。

・Submitting an application does not guarantee that you will receive an exemption.

・The Tuition Exemption Budget is limited and to give as many qualified students the financial support that they need, more applications will be granted for 200,000 yen or 100,000 yen exemptions instead of the full amount.

・When false information is found in any documents or fabricated documents are submitted, the approval of the exemption will be revoked and all fees must be paid to the University immediately.

・The result of Exemption will be posted on the notice board/ website in the beginning of December.

・The academic year is divided into two semesters. The application for tuition exemption must be submitted in each semester. The application screening will be conducted for the spring semester (1st semester) and the autumn semester (2nd semester) separately. Even if the student’s financial situation is the same, the result for tuition exemption screening in the autumn semester (2nd semester) will not necessarily be the same as the result of the spring semester (1st semester).
